With over three decades of experience in the medical field, I've embarked on a thrilling adventure that blends science and beauty into the art of anti-aging medicine. My passion lies in rejuvenating cellular function from the inside out, bringing a holistic approach to beauty and well-being. I've had the privilege of being mentored by the illustrious Dr. Mitchell Ghen, one of the top 10 physicians in Integrative Medicine worldwide. Under his guidance, I developed a love for thinking "outside the box," combining traditional and alternative medicine to create synergistic solutions. This foundation fueled my passion and shaped my approach to Integrative Medicine.
My journey has taken me to some amazing places, including serving as the Director of Nursing at the largest plastic surgery center in the United States. I worked alongside 24 board-certified plastic surgeons there, soaking up their expertise like a sponge. I'm still in touch with many of these extraordinary professionals, constantly seeking to learn and grow.
I've created innovative aesthetic techniques that have delighted clients, including some of the brightest stars in Beverly Hills. My experiences in the celebrity world taught me that beauty is subjective, and what one person sees as a flaw, another sees as a unique charm. My mission is to find the beauty in everyone and help them shine.

Dr. J. Howell Tiller is internationally recognized as a leader in cosmetic surgery for men and women and regularly attends medical conferences as an invited guest to introduce his unique surgical procedures. Dr. Tiller’s 30-plus-year career
Dr. Tiller began his career in 1985 as a cosmetic surgeon at the National Naval Medical Center outside of Washington, DC, performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures on active duty and retired members of our nation’s Armed Forces. He also cared for then-President Ronald Reagan, serving as his personal surgeon. Dr. Tiller retired from active duty in 1988 as a Commander in the U.S. Navy and became the Director of the Watergate Cosmetic Surgery.
